My payment was rejected. What do I do now?

Don't worry! If your payment gets rejected, here are some things you can try first:

  • Try another card
  • Call your bank to check. On rare occasions, banks may stop transactions they deem as suspicious or fraudulent. 

If these suggestions don't work. Please drop us an email at memberships@e27.co with a screenshot of the rejected payment. Our Memberships team will look into the issue and reach out to you should we need further clarification
