When and where do I receive notifications about my membership status

e27 will be sending membership notifications about your trial status, expiration dates, fees associated with renewals through two main channels. The first being notifications (bell icon beside your profile) sent to you, when you logged in to e27 platform. The second being emails sent to your list "contact email" in your user profile. 

Trial Members

Platform notifications

  1. You will be receiving notifications about the expiry date, when you logged into the site on the 
    1. 7th day
    2. 13th day
    3. 14th (final) day

      to update your payment details. else your account will be at risk of expiration. 

Email

  1. On the 9th day, you will receive the first email reminder to update your payment details
  2. The final email will be sent on the 12th day.

Current Pro Members

Platform notifications

  1. You will be receiving notifications about the renewal date and fees, when you logged into the site on the 
    1. 10 days
    2. 3 days
    3. 0 days (on the renewal date)

      before renewal date of your current subscription. If you are renewing your account, no action is required.

Email

  1. You will be receiving notifications about the renewal date and fees    
    1. 5 days
    2. 1 day

before the renewal date of your current subscription. If you are renewing your account, no action is required.
